Glüf was founded with the mission to enhance dining experiences for individuals with coeliac disease. The inspiration for the company arose from a personal experience of the founder, Nicola Gray, who faced limited gluten-free options while on holiday with her coeliac husband. This experience highlighted the need for greater choice and assurance regarding the safety of gluten-free dining.

Glüf leverages the latest technology to transform how coeliacs dine out. Unlike other dining apps, Glüf focuses specifically on providing safe and varied gluten-free options, ensuring confidence in food safety for individuals with dietary restrictions.

We don't currently make any money, we could have gone down the route of a subscription model but we wanted to keep it free for users as we know first hand how expensive it is to be a coeliac.
